How exactly does it work?
You're a curious one, aren't you? But I can tell you this much : After you booked your date and got your confirmation via e-mail, all you and your team have to do is arrive on time at our
LOCKBUSTERS headquarter. Our MC will briefly explain the gamerules and then you're good to go. You will enter the room and the door will close behind you. From this moment onwards
you've got 60 minutes to find a way to open the door and leave. If you're in need of any kind of tips, our MCs will provide you with helpful answers since they are able to see you trhough the
cameras in the room. If you and your mates work together as a team, you have a good chance of leaving the room before the 60 minutes are over. If not, life goes on and no matter what the
result, you sure will be hanging in our wall of fame.
All in all you will be with us for a total of 90 minutes which will pass by in no time and will leave you with the feeling of wanting more. Everything else will be clear once you try it out.
Are we really locked in?
NO! The door will not be locked BUT you will find a key which symbolizes the end of the game. Futhermore, there is a MC permanently watching you through the rooms cameras who will help you if necessary.
Will the game be taped?
Of Course not, the cameras send a livestream to our gamemasters only. No data will be saved!
Are your "Live Escape Games" scary?
Maybe you know scary movies like SAW and think of a bloody, dangerous ending. But we are really sorry to disappoint you : You do not have to saw your feet off or search for the key in your teammate's intestines. Bummer. Our scenarios may be exciting but we passed the elements of the horrormovies willingly up. Nevertheless your experience will be thrilling. Guaranteed.
When should I not take part?
If you are claustrophobic, have heartproblems, Asthma or other illnesses that could be more dangerous if you are under stress, we would advice you not to play our rooms for you oown safety. Furthermore persons who are under the influence of any kind of substance (alcohol, drugs etc.) are not allowed to enter the facilities.
Can we bring more People spontaneously?
Of Course. The Deviation will be paid when you arrive. However, the Maximum of six Players per room still applies
How to cancel my booking?
If you received a booking confirmation, cancelling will not be possible anymore. Since this is a live Event, you are not enabled to cancel, postpone or qualify for a refund. You can compare this to a concert ticket which is only valid at a specific Point in time.
Can we just walk in to play a game?
No. You Need to use the online booking System. you can book every time and date up to 24 hours before the appointment. If you still want to pay us a spontaneous visit you can call us and we will see if there is something available that day.
How does such a Team Battle work?
If you are at least eight Players, you can form up to three Teams and Play all of our 3 different rooms against each other at the same time. Whatever Teams leave its room first, wins the battle. the booking will work the same : just choose the rooms and Players and save is to your basket. Now you only Need to confirm your appointment.

What happens if we don't come out in time?
If you have not opened the door after 60 minutes the game will end and we will open the door from outside
Oh no - we're too late!
We have a strict timetable. Our rooms will be reserved for you exclusively during your booked timeframe and that applies to the other groups as well. Your booked time cannot be extended so you need to be on time.
Can we pay cash?
No. Please use our suggested payment methods in our booking System.
What do I Need to wear?
We have no Dress Code. You do not need active wear just wear something you feel comfortable in.
Is your location barrier-free?
Unfortunately not. Our HQ is on the 3rd Floor and there is no elevator in the Building
Parking possibilities?
Please use the public parking spaces or car parks in the are. there are no free parking place available. You can also use the public busses and Trams since the stop (Rathaus/Fünffensterstraße) is directly in front of us.
Is there a certain age restriction?
Live Escape Games are an Entertainment for everyone from grandchild to grandmother. Nevertheless we would advice you not to bring children under the age of ten sine some of our puzzles tend to be rather complex; there is no upper Limit. Furthermore the will be no childcare available. Children under the age of 16 have to be accompanied by an adult.
We're more than 6 People, what now?
Not a Problem. we are offering you up to three different rooms in which you can Play with up to 6 Players each. Groups with up to 18 Players can discover our rooms simultaneously. Just book more than one room at the same time at our booking System and let the fun begin. If you want to Play with more than 18 people, the only thing you Need is a little bit of time since the rounds will be played after another. We want to assure any of you a unique experience that is why this restriction exist.
How do we find you?
You can find our LOCKBUSTERS HQ at Fünffensterstraße 9a, in the middle of Kassel's City Center Close to the City hall. The entrance may be hard to find but it is right next to the lock and key Service "Assko" and across from the tram Station Rathaus/Fünffensterstr.
